I approached DTA Wales (Energy Action Group) because I felt the Church was paying far too much for electric & gas and they did not disappoint. Following an energy survey, one of the team shopped around for the best energy deal and reduced our bills by about 20%. We're aware that utility prices fluctuate, but the Energy Action Group, (through Touchstone and DTA Wales) put us on fixed tariffs and despite paying a little bit more at first, there were long term savings. The customer service is excellent, and I highly recommend community groups like ourselves to take advantage of their efficiency, advice and support.
